    The Center of Geoeducation will be closed on National Independence Day – 11 November 2017 (Saturday).  You can visit us on 12 November 2017 – 11:00 – 16:00*

    *last entrance is 1 hour before closing time

  • Visitors from japan in our Geopark

    Last weekend Geopark Kielce hosted Oki Islands UNESCO Global Geopark representatives. Our guests had a chance to see the most important geo-sites, cultural and tourist attractions in Kielce and świętokrzyskie region. We visited The Etnographic Park in Tokarnia, Regional Science and Technology Center in Podzamcze Chęcińskie, The European Center For Geological Education, castle ruins in Chęciny.

  • 14th International Symposium on Early and Lower Vertebrates

    On 6th July 2017 Geopark Kielce with The Centre of Geoducation hosted participants of 14th International Symposium on Early and Lower Vertebrates, organised by Institute of Geology from Warsaw University and Polish Geological Institute. Our guests had a chance to visit The Centre of Geoeducation , which comprises several elements. There was “The Earth Gallery” exhibition sighseeing, journey to the inside the Earth by the means of the 5D capsule- simulator, presentation of the conference space, didactic and workshop rooms. Apart from visiting the Centre of Geoeducation our guests went on trip to The Wietrznia Reserve. It was a chance to see exceptional succession of Middle and Upper Devonian carbonates rocks full of fossils, observe many surfaces and underground karst features. It was a great pleasure to have you in Geopark Kielce. Thank you!
